- Phil WImpact Landscaping came in and provided a quality quote within the first day of reaching out. We decided to move forward with re-landscaping around our pool area and mulch for the entire property. Thomas was very thorough in the lead-up to the project with regards to planning and communication of time frame estimates based on deliveries at the nursery. On the day of the project the team showed up to complete everything in a timely manner and was respectful to the home/property throughout(clean-up, dogs, etc). Over the past five years, Impact has helped hundreds of residential customers and a host of commercial properties with their individual property care needs from basic mowing to complete property maintenance from $380/mo. We pride ourselves in being the quality choice using top-of-the-line equipment and employees sought out for their experience and the professional quality they deliver.

About our Maintenence program:
We offer a weekly mowing program to select customers within our service area. Basic service includes mowing, edging, trimming, blowing debris from walkways, and treating weeds that appear in your driveway, pool deck, or walkways.
Mowing service starts at $380/mo. Some lawns may require a one-time cleanup fee associated with debris, overgrowth, or neglected lawns or bed edges. All properties are brought up to our standard on our first mow.
Additional services such as bed maintenance, pruning, mulching, and leaf cleanups can be added to your monthly bill or billed when completed.
As with all of our services, we strive for quality and to make service as quiet as possible through the use of professional-grade all-electric string trimmers and garden tools reducing noise on your property by over half with every service.

Electric Mowing and Maintenance Program
In 2022 Impact Landscaping started offering Lightning Electric Lawncare. This service makes an impact from your very first service. We build a program just right for your home, business, or community to suit your needs. Gone are the days of waking up to the roar of lawnmowers in the morning or work calls being interrupted by weed eaters outside your window. This lawncare program is 75% quieter than gas allowing you and those in your home, business, or community to keep your day going without interruption, and is available to all properties under 7000 square feet. For properties over 7000 square feet, we offer a hybrid service using both gas and electric equipment. This is a premium service we typically reserve for hotels, storefronts, condominium complexes, and other noise-sensitive environments, however, some tools such as hedge trimmers, line trimmers, edgers, and other otherwise loud machines have been totally removed from our trucks reducing the noise level of all of our services. This service starts at $430/mo. Tools are rated at 70Db(a) or lower when compared to gas at approximately 95-115Db(a).
