Schedule of Charges

This charge accompanies your base amount and covers the disposal of all leafy debris larger than the tines of our rakes, and smaller than our hand or with a branch thickness less than that of our thumb. You will be charged based on quantity of uncompressed bags. Leaves from previous seasons and accumulated debris may be charged at a compressed rate of $14 per bag to additional weight.
Our crew will blow and use hand tools to remove leaves from garden beds, turf, areas, and any other accessible area on your property Unless otherwise stated. We use clear 55 gallon drum liners. We will fill these drum liners to 45 pounds of weight, or until they begin to rupture or until they are filled.
Large sticks, gumballs, pinecones, acorns, and other non-leafy debris will be charged at an additional rate. Please see our schedule of charges.

This charge is between 200 and $700 depending on the size, duration of time since your last cleanup, number of large deciduous trees, shrubs, and other factors including deadline and scope of work.

If a leaf vacuum, mower, or other mulching equipment is used during your leaf cleanup. You will be charged a compressed cubic yard rate instead of a bagging rate.

This applies to sticks and branches as well as other fallen earth and material that cannot be bagged. This is charged per cubic yard upon completion.

Debris that is clearly and objectively from past seasons such as branches, accumulated debris, fallen leaves, and bedding can be removed at an additional rate of $85 per cubic yard. This material is often rotted, intertwined with other debris, degraded until it is hard to handle, or has roots running through it, or conceals wasp and hornets nests. Your leaf cleanup estimate unless otherwise stated, only applies to current seasons accumulation.

For quantities over 20 bags or 5 yd.³ of sticks the city may decline pick up. We charge a waste disposal rate upon completion of $199 per 10 yd.³ of debris and addition to your bagging and base rate.
